30m: intended for specific work and not recommended for full-body sessions.

90m: full-body massage and all the specific work you need, this is self-care at its peak.
With origins in Chinese medicine, cupping has been in use for thousands of years to increase blood flow throughout the body and work to release high-tension areas. While massage presses down on the body, cupping pulls the skin up into the cup, effectively making it the inverse of massage. This myofascial decompression does leave marks on the body that may last for the duration of the session up to several days after. While traditional cupping includes lighting a fire to warm the cup before placing on the body, modern advancements now include silicone and plastic cups that do not need live fire, and are safer for both the client and practitioner.
